Our Leadership Express program is exclusively for those who recently earned an advanced degree. It helps you gain deeper insight into not only what drives American Express, but also into the customer experience, the power of our brand, and the competitive and financial strategies we deal with every day.

Our customized training includes modules focused on building your personal brand, leadership communications and strategic relationship development—all to help set you up for success early in your career.
